Led by Joe Forte, this discussion will start with an overview of the tricks that Blue Mountain Resort used to win the 2020 Conversion Cup, followed by an open forum where participants were able to ask questions and share their secrets for success with beginner students.
Upon completion of this course the participant will learn and be able to discuss strategies and methods for improving beginning skier and snowboarder retention and conversion to being lifelong participants in snowsports.
