This second session in a 3-part webinar series presented by the Blizzard Tecnica Women2Women program, helps you learn about ski boot fit and performance issues, steps you can take to correct those issues, and why fixing those problems can help you, as well as your students, ski better.
The session also explains what you need to do once you have your new ski boots. For example, why you should add a footbed into your boots; what “cuff alignment” and “cantology” adjustments mean and how they can solve fit problems. You’ll also learn about topics such as “forward lean” and “ankle biometrics” which essentially means how your ski boots flex. You’ll also walk away knowing how to customize your boots and resolve problems if you boots are too stiff or too soft.
